Free, confidential counselling at your fingertips
For the last 12 months, Xero has offered a trial group of Xero subscribers’ access to completely free and confidential counselling. The program is called the Xero Assistance Program (XAP).
Xero has recently announced that the XAP trial was a success and as a result they have released XAP to all Xero business subscribers.
This gives access these subscribers access to free, confidential counselling, and not only is this service available free of charge to the business owner, it is also available to the business owners’ family and staff members.
The counselling is provided through well-known international mental health services provider, Benestar. Benestar can offer counselling services in many forms, whether it be face-to-face, telephone, through an app or online.
